Your samples go in your basket like anything else. There is nothing to pay for the samples themselves, and postage is our normal delivery charge: pick Manchester Collection at checkout instead and there is nothing to pay at all. We ask for your address at checkout.

The samples are free, the postage is not Whichever 3 you pick, there is no charge for the samples themselves and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. They go in your basket at £0 and are delivered like any other order, so UK delivery is charged at our normal rate of £70. Choose Manchester Collection at checkout and there is nothing to pay at all.
Samples are cut from the same boards we sell, so the colour and the texture are real. Wood and stone effects vary a little between batches, which is normal and is exactly why it is worth looking at a piece rather than a photograph. If you need an exact match to something you already have, message us and we will help.
We send samples anywhere in mainland UK, and a sample order goes through the basket and checkout like everything else, so you can add them to an order you were placing anyway and pay one delivery charge for the lot. The free sample offer covers our laminate flooring range. LVT, SPC, wall panels and the accessories are not sampled: message us and we will talk you through the colour, or come and see the boards in person at the Manchester warehouse.
