It depends what you're buying. Flooring is sold by the box: measure your floor area, tick the 10% allowance for cuts and wastage on the product page, and it works out the boxes for you. Wall panels are counted by the width of each wall, not the area of it: they're cut down to the height of your wall on site, so the height doesn't change how many you need. Beading and trims are measured round the room. Every product page lists the coverage and does the sum with you. If you're unsure, message us your measurements on WhatsApp and we'll work it out with you.

No. We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay, and your order confirmation shows the same figure.

Yes, and the samples themselves are free. Pick up to three finishes from any laminate flooring page and add them to your basket at £0, then check out as normal: we'll cut them and send them out over the next few working days. Delivery is charged at our normal rate, or choose Manchester Collection at checkout and there's nothing to pay at all. Start at our free samples page. The offer covers the laminate range: for LVT, SPC, wall panels or the accessories, message us on WhatsApp and we'll talk you through the colour, or come and see the boards at the Manchester warehouse.

Three at a time. Once they arrive you're welcome to order another three if none of them was right, so nobody has to guess. Three is enough to compare properly and few enough that we can keep giving them away.

We do. If you're fitting out multiple rooms, a rental or a commercial space, get in touch to open a trade account and we'll sort pricing and lead times for larger quantities.

UK Delivery is £70.00 (2 to 4 working days). Manchester Collection is free (Ready when we message you). Delivery is free on orders of £1,000 or more, taken off automatically at checkout with no code to enter. Full details are on our Delivery & returns page.

Yes, choose Manchester Collection at checkout to pick your order up from us for free. We'll message you as soon as it's ready to collect.

Yes. We'll send tracking details by the time your order is dispatched from our Manchester warehouse so you can follow it to your door.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days, on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel online orders. Cut or made-to-measure items can't be returned unless faulty. See our Delivery & returns page for the full policy.

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, incorrect or faulty, message us with your order number and a few photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

Once we've received and checked your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Most of our wall panels and flooring are designed to be DIY-friendly with basic tools. Our Ideas & advice page has guidance to help, and you can always message us if you get stuck.

It depends on the product and your subfloor or wall. Each product page notes what's recommended. We stock acoustic XPS underlay for click floors; adhesive and trims aren't part of our range yet, so pick those up alongside. If in doubt, send us a photo of your space and we'll advise.
